How does the technology work within an EMS suit?
EMS (Electro Muscle Stimulation) uses built-in electrodes in the emPower Suit to produce low-intensity electrical currents that mimic the natural electrical signals from the brain. These currents activate 90+ percent of surface and deep muscle tissue. The rapid contractions make a single 25-minute workout equivalent to a 2.5-3 hour high-impact gym session, delivering similar results in a fraction of the time without the wear and tear on joints, ligaments, and muscles.
What does the emPower suit feel like?
The energy created by our emPower Suit is truly something you must feel to believe. The sensation feels like a tapping or tightening of your muscles, which can be increased or decreased at any time during the workout.

Can anyone wear an EMS suit?
We do not recommend use of EMS technology if:
- You have heart disease
- You have a pacemaker or other electronic medical devices
- You are pregnant or plan to be
- You are under the age of 16
How long does an OHM workout take?
OHM workouts are 25 minutes, powered by EMS technology that delivers the impact of a 2.5-hour gym workout.
What are the suits made of?
Our empower suits are made of breathable, antimicrobial fabric that is machine washable.
What's the return policy?
emPower Packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Garments can be returned within 30 days if unworn, undamaged and with original tags attached. Final Sale items can't be returned. Start your return through our online returns portal.
Is there a warranty?
This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of an authentic OHM Fitness product bought from OHM Fitness or an authorized OHM reseller. It is non-transferable. All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase.
