Ohm Fitness Limited Warranty
This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of an authentic Ohm Fitness product bought from Ohm Fitness or an authorized Ohm reseller. It is non-transferable. All warranty periods begin on the date of purchase.
emPower Suit and PowerPants — electronics (wiring harness, mounting plates, connectors, electrodes)
Warranty period: 12 months or 100 uses, whichever comes first
What is covered: Sudden system failures, such as a wiring harness failure or a mounting plate failure
What is not covered: Gradual reduction in signal strength or intensity that naturally occurs as the garment ages
emPower Suit and PowerPants — fabric
Warranty period: 90 days
What is covered: Failure of seams or of the structural integrity of the garment
What is not covered: Pilling and general wear and tear
emPower Pack (battery)
Warranty period: 3 years
What is covered: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
What is not covered: Water or liquid damage (including sweat or condensation), improper charging
A "use" is one completed workout session in which the garment is powered on and used for training.
This warranty does not cover:
- Commercial, rental or studio use
- Normal wear, fading, stretching or cosmetic deterioration
- Misuse, neglect, accidents or abuse
- Improper washing, drying or storage, or failure to follow the OHM Care Guide
- Water damage or corrosion, including washing a garment with the battery attached
- Use of non-OHM chargers, cables, batteries or accessories
- Alteration, modification or unauthorized repair
How to file a claim: Click the 'Submit Warranty Claim' button below with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos or a short video. OHM may ask you to return the item for inspection. OHM will repair or replace a covered item at its discretion. A replacement carries only the time and uses remaining on the original warranty — it does not start a new warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are limited to the warranty periods above, and OHM Fitness is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may have other rights that vary by state.

If your progress means you need a smaller suit, OHM will exchange your emPower Suit for one size smaller, one time, within the first 12 months after the date of purchase.

Can I exchange my emPower Suit for a different size?
Yes, once. Within 12 months of your purchase date you can exchange your emPower Suit for one size smaller, at no cost. It's a one-time, size-down-only guarantee — one per customer for life — and the replacement keeps your original warranty dates.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your progress means you need a smaller suit, OHM will exchange your emPower Suit for one size smaller, one time, within the first 12 months after the date of purchase.
This is a size-down guarantee only. It does not cover exchanges to a larger size.
Limit one size-down exchange per customer, for the lifetime of your relationship with OHM — not one per suit.
