What’s the exchange policy on emPower products?
The emPower Suit is covered by a one-year warranty within its 100-use lifespan, and the emPower Pack is covered by a three-year limited warranty, both for manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, exchanges are available at no cost, and replacements retain the original warranty coverage and remaining lifespan. Damage caused by misuse or improper care is not covered.

Can I exchange my emPower Suit for a different size?
Yes. Within the one-year warranty period, you can request up to two size-down exchanges at no cost. The replacement suit will carry over the original warranty and remaining lifespan.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement or resolve the issue at no additional cost.
