This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, share, and protect information when you visit our website, use our mobile applications, purchase products, book services, visit a studio, participate in programs, interact with our advertisements, or otherwise interact with OHM Fitness.

Marketing SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, membership, account creation, or use of OHM Fitness products or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for help.

If you opt out, you may receive one final text message confirming your unsubscribe request. You may opt back in by texting START to +1 (480) 605-9534 or by completing a new Marketing SMS opt-in form.

Marketing SMS communications are separate from transactional or service-related communications that may be sent through other systems or platforms.

5. SMS Consent & Data Sharing

We may collect and store records of your Marketing SMS consent, including your phone number, opt-in method, opt-in date and time, consent language shown to you, and related interaction history.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

When you purchase paid products, memberships, subscriptions, or services, payment information may be provided directly to third-party payment processors. OHM Fitness does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers in its own systems when payment information is processed directly by those providers.

Payment processors maintain their own privacy and security practices and may be subject to payment-card industry security requirements, including applicable PCI-DSS requirements.

If you allow location access through your browser, mobile device, or application settings, we may collect and use location information to provide location-based features, studio information, check-in functionality, relevant offers, or service improvements.

You can disable location access through your device, application, or browser settings, although some features may not function properly without location access.

OHM Fitness franchise locations are expected to handle personal information in accordance with applicable law and relevant OHM Fitness policies and requirements.

Depending on the nature of your interaction, a franchise location may independently control certain information collected directly through that location.
