Cancellation, return, and refund eligibility may vary by product, membership, studio location, promotion, or service type. Any applicable cancellation, return, or refund terms will be provided at the time of purchase or by contacting OHM Fitness support.

All OHM Fitness names, logos, trademarks, content, images, videos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to OHM Fitness. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or exploit any OHM Fitness content without prior written permission.
7. User Content
If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photos, videos, feedback, or other content to OHM Fitness, you represent that you have the right to do so. You grant OHM Fitness a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute that content for business, marketing, and operational purposes.

These SMS Terms of Use ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in OHM Fitness text messaging programs, including the OHM Fitness Marketing SMS Program and Customer Care SMS service. Your participation in either program is voluntary and subject to the terms described below.
1. Marketing SMS Program
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in through an online form, keyword enrollment, or other applicable consent mechanism, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from OHM Fitness.
Marketing messages may include, but are not limited to:
- Exclusive offers
- Member promotions
- Fitness tips and inspiration
- Product launches
- Special events and announcements
Your consent to receive marketing text messages is completely voluntary and is not a condition of any purchase, membership, or use of OHM Fitness products or services.
2. Customer Care SMS
OHM Fitness provides SMS-based customer care for customers who choose to contact OHM Fitness by text message. Customer Care SMS conversations are initiated by the customer by sending a text message to:

Customer Care messages may include, but are not limited to:

Customer Care SMS is intended solely for service and support communications. Initiating a Customer Care SMS conversation does not enroll you in the OHM Fitness Marketing SMS Program. Marketing text messages require separate consent where applicable.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. Marketing SMS frequency depends on your participation in the Marketing SMS Program and current promotions. Customer Care SMS frequency depends on your support request and the messages reasonably necessary to address or follow up on your customer service inquiry.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. OHM Fitness is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred from participating in OHM Fitness SMS programs.
5. Opting Out
You may stop receiving text messages at any time by replying:

After sending STOP, you may receive a confirmation text message acknowledging your opt-out request. No additional text messages will be sent through the applicable SMS program unless you later opt in again or otherwise reinitiate messaging in a manner permitted by applicable law and carrier requirements.

If you previously opted out of the Marketing SMS Program and would like to receive marketing text messages again, simply text:
