What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
How to file a claim: contact our warranty claim form with your order number, proof of purchase, a description of the issue and photos or a short video. OHM may ask you to return the item for inspection. OHM will repair or replace a covered item at its discretion. A replacement carries only the time and uses remaining on the original warranty — it does not start a new warranty.
