What Is OHM's Return Policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. All approved returns are subject to a $49 restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, processing, and repackaging of returned items. 

To be eligible for a return, the product must: 

Be returned within the 30-day return window  

Be in good, clean condition

Include all original components, accessories, and packaging

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The trial period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered, regardless of when it’s first used.

How do I initiate a return for an online order?

To initiate a return, contact our support team at ohm.distribution@ohmfitness.com

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error. Please package the product securely to avoid damage in transit.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

How do I return an item purchased from an OHM studio?

If you purchased an item from an OHM franchise, you'll need to return the item to that franchise.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after inspection, with additional time depending on your bank. A $49 restocking fee will be deducted from the total.

Returns that don’t meet condition standards may be partially refunded or declined.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include a brief description of the issue along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we’ll provide a replacement or resolve the issue at no additional cost.

What items are not eligible for return?

We may refuse returns or issue partial refunds for items returned after 30 days, showing signs of misuse or excessive wear, missing original components or packaging, or not in saleable condition.
