What's the return policy?

emPower Packs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Garments can be returned within 30 days if unworn, undamaged and with original tags attached. Final Sale items can't be returned. Start your return through our online returns portal.

Is there a warranty?

The emPower Suit and PowerPants electronics are warrantied for 12 months or 100 uses, whichever comes first, against sudden system failures such as a wiring harness or mounting plate failure. Fabric is warrantied for 90 days against seam and structural failure. The emPower Pack (battery) is warrantied for 3 years. All warranties start on the date of purchase. Gradual loss of intensity as the garment ages, pilling, normal wear and tear, and commercial or rental use are not covered.
