What can I expect in my first OHM workout?
Arrive about 15 minutes early so our team can get you set up. You’ll be welcomed, given a quick tour, and fitted into your emPower Suit with guidance in a private changing room. Once suited up, a coach will calibrate your levels and walk you through everything you need to know before class begins.
During the 25-minute session, you’ll follow the workout on screen while coaches monitor your form and adjust intensity across different muscle groups in real time. The workout moves through a warm-up, peak, and cooldown phase in a high-energy, guided environment.
After class, you’ll cool down, receive a refreshing towel, and head back to the changing room. Plan for about 45 to 60 minutes total for your first visit, including setup and recovery.
How many classes per week should I take?
We recommend three classes per week for the best results. Most members see strong progress at this frequency, while one class per week can still deliver benefits. We generally don’t recommend exceeding three classes weekly, unless the additional session is a recovery-focused class.
What’s included in the free week trial?
Your free week gives you full access to the OHM experience so you can try everything and find what works best for you.
You’ll be able to take a range of classes across different training styles to experience how the emPower Suit performs in strength, conditioning, and recovery. You’ll also have access to Red Light Therapy and receive a complimentary Styku 3D body scan to establish your baseline and track progress.

Why does the lighting shift during sessions?
The lighting and music guide you through each phase of the workout, signaling intensity and helping you stay in sync with the session.
You’ll start in green for the warm-up with lower intensity and more controlled pacing. As the session builds, the lights shift to red during the peak, where both movement and EMS intensity are highest. The workout then transitions to blue for the cooldown, with reduced intensity and more relaxed pacing.
What should I bring to a studio session?
Just show up ready to move. Follow your studio’s guidance for attire and preparation, and we’ll take care of the rest.
How long is an OHM workout?
Classes are typically 25 minutes, with Yin & Yang at 50 minutes. Sessions begin on time, so plan to arrive early if you want time to warm up or get set.
Do I need to warm up before using the emPower Suit?
No. Studio sessions include a guided warm-up at the start to properly prepare your body.
What is your cancellation policy?
Class reservations can be canceled up to 6 hours before the start time with no fee. Cancellations within 6 hours will incur a $12 fee. Memberships require a 30-day notice before your final billing date, and you’ll retain access to the studio through the end of your membership period.
