FAQs
Can I wear the suit at the gym?
Yes. You can integrate the suit into your existing routine, whether you’re training for strength, cardio, or recovery.
Are there any workouts I shouldn’t do while wearing the suit?
Yes. Avoid high-impact, explosive, or uncontrolled movements that can interfere with proper EMS activation or safety. The suit is designed for controlled, deliberate movement. Do not use it in water or in environments where it could get wet.
How long does the OHM workout take?
OHM workouts are designed as structured 25-minute EMS sessions.
How does EMS vary between workout modes?
Each workout mode adjusts EMS intensity, timing, and stimulation patterns to match a specific training goal, so you get targeted results based on how you train.
Strength focuses on building muscle and increasing power. Cardio is designed to improve endurance and resistance to fatigue. Fat Burn combines strength and endurance stimulation to support calorie burn. Recovery (Relax) uses lower intensity pulses to increase blood flow and support post-workout recovery.
What are working time, pause time, and pulse time?
These settings control how EMS is delivered during your workout. Working time is the total duration of your session, pulse time is how long each muscle contraction lasts, and pause time is the rest period between each pulse.
What are the optimal intensity settings?
Optimal intensity varies by individual and should feel challenging but controlled. You should feel strong, consistent muscle contractions without pain or loss of form.
Start at a moderate level and gradually increase intensity as you get comfortable. Each muscle group can be adjusted independently, so aim for the highest level you can maintain with proper movement and control throughout the session.
If I exit a workout early, how are minutes calculated?
In regard to OHM at Home minutes, only the time you actively use is counted. If you end a session early, minutes are deducted based on the portion of the workout you completed.
