What does the emPower suit feel like?
During an active session, the suit gives off a tingling sensation. Intensity is adjustable, so it can be increased or decreased at any time during the workout.
What are the suits made of?
emPower suits are made from a flexible blend of 55% Nylon and 45% Spandex.
This suit should fit like a second skin.
Can anyone wear the emPower Suit?
We do not recommend the use of EMS technology if you have the following conditions:
- Heart disease
- Pacemakers or other electronic medical devices
- Pregnancy
- Anyone under the age of 16
It is also not recommended for those with a predisposition to epileptic seizures or convulsions, infectious diseases, high fever, blood pressure-related illnesses, skin-related diseases, or those with metal body implants.
Should I be concerned about reddening or skin irritations?
It is possible to have some skin reddening or irritation after a workout which is usually the result of increased blood circulation. It should go away on its own a few minutes after training. A stronger irritation can occur from excessive intensity, in which case you should use a lower intensity in the following workout.
How do I care for and wash the emPower Suit?
The emPower Suit is easy to care for whether you’re training in studio or at home.
In studio, simply return your suit after use and the team will handle cleaning.
At home, the suit is machine washable with proper care to maintain performance and longevity.
- In studio: Turn the suit right side out, zip it, place it in the laundry bag, and drop it in the laundry bin
- At home: Machine wash cold (86°F or below) on a regular cycle up to 800 RPM using mild, bleach-free detergent; hang or lay flat to dry
- Do not bleach, dry clean, tumble dry, iron, wring, scrub, or dry in direct sunlight
Is there a weight restriction for the emPower Suit?
No, there are no weight restrictions. The suit is designed to fit a wide range of body types with multiple size options available.
- Sizes range from XXS to XXL and run slightly smaller than standard clothing
- If your size is not available, custom sizing can be arranged

What’s the lifespan of the emPower suit?
