FAQs

How do membership minutes work?

Your membership includes a set number of minutes each month, unless you're on the unlimited plan. Each workout deducts time based on session length, typically around 25 minutes per workout.

What happens when I run out of minutes on my plan?

Once you use all your minutes, you won’t be able to start new workouts until your next billing cycle or until you top up more minutes.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership through your account settings or by contacting support. Your access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle.

How come I don’t see my membership in the app?

Make sure you’re logged in with the same email used to purchase your membership. If it’s still not showing, contact support for assistance.

Which email should I use to log in?

Use the email associated with your membership purchase or studio registration to ensure your account and minutes sync correctly.

Do I need a membership to use the suit?

Yes. An active membership is required to access workouts and use the suit through the app.

Where can I download the OHM app?

The OHM app is currently available on the App store for iOS. We are expecting to launch the Android app in June 2026.

Where can I track my OHM at Home usage?

You can view your remaining minutes and usage directly in the app dashboard.

Are there any limits on how often I can use OHM at Home?

Yes. For safety and best results, at-home EMS workouts are limited to 50 minutes per day, split across training and recovery.

  • Up to 25 minutes for Strength, Fat Burn, and Cardio combined
  • Up to 25 minutes for Recovery

Once you reach your daily limit, you can train again the next calendar day
